As Marylebone bars go, the Prince Regent gives the best in drinks range and quality food offer. The Prince Regent is not just the heart of the vibrant area of Marylebone Village geographically but also the heart of the social scene. With its decadent décor and cosmopolitan atmosphere it is in keeping with the true history of this part of London.
The area of Marylebone is very much indebted to the architects, designers, and horticulturalists of the early nineteenth century and in particular their sponsor the Prince Regent. Given that the then celebrities such as Jon Nash the designer of much of regent’s park, Byron the poet and Sir Joshua Reynolds all lived in the area: One can not help but wonder if the Prince Regent himself might have used the pub maybe after a walk Marylebone gardens or after a game of bowls on the then opposite green.
In any event I know we have managed to recapture the style, glamour, and flamboyant atmosphere of the regency period and I hope a bit of the Prince Regents style.

Exit at Baker Street and keeping the tube station at your back, turn left and walk along marylebone road. At the second set of traffic lights on your right is Marylebone High Street. We are two minutes down this High Street.
